Sign without printing or uploading

Most “free” e-sign services upload your contract to their servers and ask you to create an account. This tool works entirely in your browser: the PDF and your signature never leave your device. Your signature is added to the page as an image, the way a signed-and-scanned page would look, and the rest of the PDF — text, links, forms — stays as it was.

Is it legally binding?

In many countries (including under the US ESIGN Act and the EU eIDAS regulation) an electronic signature placed with the intent to sign is valid for most everyday agreements. Some documents — and some institutions — require a certified digital signature with an identity check instead. If in doubt, ask whoever requested the signature.

Private by design

Most online PDF services upload your document to their servers. This tool processes the file entirely in your browser with open-source libraries (pdf-lib and PDF.js), so contracts, invoices, bank statements and IDs never leave your device. It works offline once the page has loaded, and there are no file-count limits, watermarks or sign-ups.
