- Pick an output format if you need one (JPEG works everywhere; WebP is smaller).
- Each image is saved at the best quality under 1 MB. Check the before/after view, then download one image or all as a ZIP.
Where 1 MB limits come up
Email attachments are usually limited to 20–25 MB per message (Gmail, Outlook) and many company servers allow only 10 MB. At about 1 MB per photo, a dozen photos fit in one email.
How it fits the image under 1 MB
Instead of guessing a quality, the tool tries qualities and keeps the highest one that stays under 1 MB. If even low quality is too big, it reduces the width and height step by step — so text and faces stay as sharp as the limit allows. PNG images are reduced by lowering the number of colors first.

Drop all the photos at once, then use Download all (ZIP) and attach the single ZIP file.
