Terms of Service

Last updated: October 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of devpack.app (the “Service”), operated by the devpack.app team in the United States (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

devpack.app provides free online tools for developers and website owners. We may add, change, suspend or remove any tool at any time without notice and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

2. Eligibility

The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. It is not directed to children under 13.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to anything you paste, upload or generate (code, JSON, text, images, SVGs, URLs). Browser-based tools process your content locally on your device and we do not receive it. For server-based tools we process the URL, domain or request you submit solely to provide the result you asked for. You are responsible for having the right to use any content you submit.

4. Advertising, analytics and third-party services

The Service is free and may be supported by advertising. Ads are served by third parties such as Google AdSense; we do not control and are not responsible for the content of ads or the websites they link to, and an ad is not an endorsement. You agree not to click ads artificially, use automated means to generate impressions or clicks, or encourage others to do so. With your consent we use Google Analytics to measure traffic. Some tools link to or rely on third-party services (for example Google PageSpeed Insights or public DNS resolvers), which are governed by their own terms. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the tools to test, crawl or overload websites you do not own or have permission to test; (b) use the Service to attack, scrape or disrupt third-party systems; (c) attempt to bypass rate limits, access private networks through our server tools, or interfere with the Service; (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or block access for any violation.

6. Intellectual property

The Service’s design, text, logos and source code are owned by us and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Open-source components are used under their licenses (see Licenses). Webflow, Figma, Google, Tailwind CSS and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility (nominative fair use); no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.

7. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) by email to support@devpack.app with the subject “DMCA Notice”. Include: identification of the work, the infringing material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Results such as SEO scores, contrast ratios, conversions and generated code are for guidance only; review all output before using it.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@devpack.app so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version; continued use means you accept the changes.
