How to use the Meta Conversions API Generator
- Enter your pixel ID; create an access token in Events Manager → Settings → Conversions API.
- Pick the event and parameters, and a test customer email to see the hashing.
- Add the test event code to see it in Test events.
- Copy the Node.js, curl, PHP or Python request; send the same event ID from the browser pixel.
Why send events from the server?
Browser pixels miss conversions blocked by ad blockers, browsers and lost cookies. The Conversions API sends them from your server, matched by hashed email, phone, IP and the _fbp cookie. Most setups send both and let Meta deduplicate with the shared event_id. Keep the access token server-side only.
