Drag pages to move them (or use ← →). 🗑 marks a page for deletion; click again to restore it.

Your data never leaves your computer. All processing happens 100% locally in your browser.

How to use the Organize PDF (Reorder & Delete Pages)

  1. Drop a PDF on the box or click to choose it.
  2. Drag thumbnails into the order you want, or use the arrow buttons.
  3. Click 🗑 on pages you want to remove.
  4. Click Save PDF.

Edit page order without Acrobat

Desktop PDF editors make reordering pages surprisingly fiddly. Here you see every page as a thumbnail and simply drag it where it belongs. Deleted pages are greyed out until you save, so you can change your mind.

What happens when you save

A new PDF is built with only the pages you kept, in your order. Pages are copied unchanged — fonts, images and text stay exactly as they were, and text remains selectable. Bookmarks and form fields that pointed to pages are not carried over.

Handy tricks

  • Reverse order fixes documents scanned back-to-front.
  • Remove blank pages from double-sided scans.
  • Move an appendix or cover page into place after merging files.

To keep only a range of pages, Split PDF can be faster. To fix orientation, use Rotate PDF.

Private by design

Most online PDF services upload your document to their servers. This tool processes the file entirely in your browser with open-source libraries (pdf-lib and PDF.js), so contracts, invoices, bank statements and IDs never leave your device. It works offline once the page has loaded, and there are no file-count limits, watermarks or sign-ups.

Tools that pair well with the Organize PDF (Reorder & Delete Pages)

  • Add Page Numbers to PDF — Number the pages of any PDF in seconds — bottom or top, left, centre or right, with formats like Page 3 of 12 and an optional unnumbered cover page.
  • PDF to JPG — Turn every page of a PDF into a high-quality JPG or PNG image — for slides, social posts, thumbnails or apps that do not accept PDF.
  • JPG to PDF — Turn photos, scans and screenshots into a single PDF.
  • Add Watermark to PDF — Stamp text such as CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or COPY across every page, centred, diagonal or tiled — with a live preview before you download.

Frequently asked questions

Are my PDF files uploaded?
No. Everything happens in your browser; the files never leave your device.
How do I delete a page from a PDF?
Open the PDF, click the 🗑 button under the page and click Save PDF. The new file contains every page except the deleted ones.
Can I reorder pages on a phone?
Yes — use the ← and → buttons under each page; dragging works best with a mouse.
Can I use a password-protected PDF?
No. Encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first — open the file in your PDF reader with the password and save or “print to PDF” an unprotected copy.
