Website Screenshot Tool — Full-Page, High-Resolution Captures

Enter a URL and get a full-page screenshot taken in a real Chrome browser — at desktop, tablet or phone width and up to 3× (Retina) resolution, with cookie banners hidden. Then crop it, add arrows, boxes, highlights and text, blur private details, and download it as PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF — or save the page as a PDF with selectable text.

Runs on our serverUpdated

Pages open in a real browser on devpack’s server, so it takes 5–20 seconds.

Your screenshot appears here.

This tool fetches the public URL you enter from our server. Results are held in temporary memory for a few minutes and never stored in a database.

How to use the Website Screenshot Tool

  1. Paste the URL and pick a device — desktop, laptop, wide, tablet, phone or a custom width.
  2. Choose the resolution (2× is sharp on Retina screens) and keep Full page on to capture the whole scroll height, then click Take screenshot.
  3. Edit it: Crop (free, 16:9, 1:1 or just the first screen), add arrows, boxes, highlights and text, or blur emails and names. Undo and redo as you go.
  4. Download as PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF, copy it to the clipboard, or use Download page PDF for a PDF with selectable text.

Screenshots from a real browser

Browser extensions capture what is on your screen. This tool opens the page in a fresh Chrome on devpack’s server, at the exact width you choose, so every screenshot is clean and repeatable: no extensions, no logged-in state, no scrollbars. Before capturing it scrolls through the page so lazy-loaded images and scroll animations load, and it can hide cookie banners (OneTrust, Cookiebot, Usercentrics, CookieYes and many more) and unstick fixed headers that would otherwise repeat down a full-page image.

  • Resolution — 1× matches CSS pixels; 2× and 3× render at Retina density, so a 1440 px page becomes a 2880 or 4320 px wide image. Very tall pages are captured up to 20,000 CSS pixels, and density is lowered automatically when the image would be too large.
  • Devices — tablet and phone use a mobile browser identity and touch, so you get the real mobile layout, not a shrunken desktop page.
  • Editing — crop, annotate and blur happen in your browser at full resolution; nothing you draw is uploaded.
  • PDF — export the edited image as one long PDF page or split onto A4/Letter pages, or save the live page as a text PDF.

Large full-page captures travel as high-quality WebP to stay within the server’s 4 MB transfer limit; downloads are re-encoded in your browser in the format you pick. Pages behind a login, a bot check or a paywall show what a first-time visitor sees. Check speed and SEO of the same page with the Page Speed Test and SEO Checker, or compress the image with the Image Compressor.

Frequently asked questions

How do I take a full-page screenshot of a website?
Enter the URL, keep Full page on and click Take screenshot. The page is loaded in a real browser, scrolled so lazy images load, and captured from top to bottom.
Can I get a high-resolution or Retina screenshot?
Yes. Pick 2× or 3× resolution: the page is rendered at that pixel density, so text and icons stay sharp. A 1440 px wide page at 2× gives a 2880 px wide image.
How do I take a mobile screenshot of a website?
Choose Phone (390 px) or Tablet (768 px). The browser identifies as a mobile device with touch, so the site serves its real mobile layout.
Can I hide cookie banners and sticky headers?
Hide cookie banners is on by default and covers the common consent tools. Unstick fixed headers stops headers and chat widgets from floating over the middle of a full-page capture.
How do I save a website as a PDF?
Use Download page PDF for a real PDF with selectable text and links, as one long page or on A4 or Letter pages. To keep the exact look with your annotations, download the screenshot as PDF (image) instead.
Are my edits uploaded?
No. Only the URL goes to devpack’s server to take the screenshot. Cropping, drawing, blurring and exporting run in your browser.
