How to convert kilobytes to megabytes
One kilobyte equals 0.001 megabytes, so multiply the value in kilobytes by 0.001: MB = KB × 0.001. Equivalently, divide by 1000.
Example: 500 KB = 500 × 0.001 = 0.5 MB.
